Diving Terms and Conditions

Dive Centre Terms :

Certified Divers' Responsibility - Certified divers are responsible for their own safety, following their training as independent divers. The dive professional provides an additional layer of safety but does not manage your dive. If you have any questions, please ask.

Medical & Safety Disclosures - Certified divers must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, lack of experience, rusty dive skills, prior decompression illness, or any other relevant physical or mental conditions.

Scuba Training & Certification - Signing up for a scuba course means paying for training, not automatic certification. Certification is earned upon successful completion of training. If we determine that a diver is not ready, we will offer alternative options for completing the training.

Medical Forms Are Mandatory - Providing accurate medical information is crucial. Any falsification of medical details will result in the termination of diving services without refunds.

Dive Site Changes - While we aim to provide the best diving experience, safety comes first. Dive sites may change based on conditions and group experience. No refunds will be given for such changes.

Final Decision of Dive Professionals - The dive professional overseeing your program has the final say on all diving-related matters. Their decisions cannot be overturned.

Issue Resolution - We strive for customer satisfaction. If you face any issues, please inform us immediately so we can address them promptly.

External Delays - We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as flights, weather, ferry cancellations, or other uncontrollable events.

Right to Cancel Bookings - We reserve the right to cancel bookings at our discretion. In such cases, our maximum liability is a refund of any payments made, minus the cost of services already rendered.

Limited Liability - As a remote location, unexpected issues may occur. Our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid. We are not responsible for flight disruptions, hotel expenses, or other related costs.

Handling Mistakes - While mistakes are rare, we acknowledge they can happen. If they do, we will work to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Respect & Conduct - Aggressive or abusive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel bookings without refunds and evict guests if necessary.

Fairness & Accountability - We expect fairness from our guests, just as we strive to be fair. If disruptions occur due to external factors (e.g., flight delays), we will assist where possible but are not responsible for compensation.

100% Cancellation Charges applicable if cancellation happens 48 Hours before the trip. 50% Refund is provided if medically unfit to dive is found during the training program.
