Step 1: PADI eLearning (6–10 hours) Begin with online knowledge development to learn how to identify stress in other divers, respond to various emergencies, and conduct effective rescues. The digital course includes interactive lessons, videos, and quizzes all of which you can complete at your own pace.
Step 2: Rescue Training Sessions (1–2 days) Practice rescue skills in confined water settings under the guidance of a PADI Instructor. You’ll learn. Self-rescue techniques. Recognizing diver stress. Responding to panicked and unresponsive divers. Conducting search patterns. Surfacing and exiting techniques
Step 3: Open Water Rescue Scenarios (1 day) Put your skills to the test in open water with simulated emergency scenarios, where you’ll apply everything you’ve learned. These practical sessions are designed to mimic real-life situations and help you respond with calm, confidence, and clarity.

Participate in and successfully complete open water scenarios. Hold a valid EFR Primary and Secondary Care certification within the past 24 months (can be completed alongside)
